“Darb” Toll Gate System

The “Darb” toll gate system is set to go live on the 2nd of January 2021, during peak times only.

Vehicle owners have been encouraged to activate an account on the “Darb” toll gate system and register their vehicles.

Objective

  • Enhance the road traffic flow.
  • Increase the efficiency of the transport sector.
  • Encourage use of alternative means of transport.

Registration charge AED 100

  • 50 AED – Fee
  • 50 AED – Credit

Peak Times

07:00 am – 09:00 am

05:00 pm – 07:00 pm

“Darb” installed on 4 gates, located on the following bridges.

  • Sheikh Zayed Bridge.
  • Sheikh Khalifa Bridge
  • Al Maqta Bridge
  • Mussafah Bridge

Fees:

AED 4 per crossing/Vehicle (except of Fridays and public holidays)

AED 16 daily cap per vehicle for private vehicles.
